Day 111

 

Thought a lot about writing for story group next Monday. It is a time that I want to document as it is historic. Our family journey through the pandemic is important.  Today is museum duty and Hollie and I are going to the farmers’ market  first in  hopes of finding Ocean Air strawberries. We don’t need much else as our garden flourishes with greens. Yesterday I pulled lots of weeds out of the wet soil and felt good. Then a nice walk and over 5 K steps too.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
