Day 110

 Cloudy and warm. Rain is over and the damp is welcome. The garden is flourishing and that is a welcome sight too. Yesterday as flat and I had nothing to show for it except steps on the rebounder. Today I will get out and walk and weed. I need to be accountable to myself for all these days with no agenda. California ended the isolation rules today. Not sure how I feel about going out without a mask. Floors need assistance and I’m hungry for a big breakfast

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
