Day 109

 

Damp and warm after three inches of rain. Still puddles and showers today. I didn’t get to view church as they had a problem so I missed church twice. And the Giants lost. Not a good Sunday. Today I will contact Mary Dorman about comparing homeowners coverage. The bill from farmers seems excessive. Hollie brought chicken and baked potato plus brownies for me and I relished every bite. I need to get back on my food plan but the snacks keep calling and I don’t stop.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
