Day 106

 

Lovely warm rain. Needed and appreciated. Nature is watering. No agenda. Might ttake a peek into the closet as that area needs sorting and planning. I will make good meals today. Family hour was a snack time yesterday. I love our conversations and catch up time. Megan is still resting up from her work and it shows on her. She is relaxed and pink. Long phone call with Rosalie. Our ophthalmologist is closing his office and we both are sad. Too many changes lately.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
