Day 103

 

Glorious morning and an agenda! Early trip to Brookings for haircuts and  shopping. Long hair is going. It’s hot and frizzy so I want classy and sassy. I’m hoping our lady will use  her magic scissors and make me a new look. I have a short list of necessities and extras. Always find something that I didn’t know I wanted. Later, lunch with Michele after her duty at the museum. I need to water the roses when I get home. They are dry with the relentless wind.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
