Day 102


Highlight yesterday was an hour long walk! First time in many weeks. I ran into Diane Blackberry and her little dog. She walked with me and we talked. It was a good time. I admit to being tired later. Megan and Ben visited for happy hour and the conversation was brisk and interesting. We toured  the yard and showed all the growth.. Megan took the little black cabinet. She wants the dresser too. I want another long walk today. It feels like freedom. Happy Monday

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
