Day 101

 

It was another wimpy day. Everything was an effort but I did laundry, vacuumed and cleaned anyway. Low step count as I didn’t even walk in the driveway. The wind was awful in the afternoon and broke roses and stems. I want to walk today and before the gale blows. I will watch church on YouTube .I snacked instead of making a meal and I will do better today. I want spaghetti. Hoping for something to break the monotony. High spot –Hollie brought bacon from the casino.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
