Day 94

 


. It’s over 100 across the mountain so we can expect cool days. It’s okay with me. I don’t like heat. Good walk yesterday. Pushed myself and added three blocks. I can do more and enjoy it too. I pay attention to my posture and walking straight. Cleaned house and vacuumed too. The closet needs sorting and planning, I want to move the dresser out of there. I’ll find a new home for it. A small space requires thoughtful use. Good food is part of the daily routine.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
