Day 91

 


Yesterday was an improvement over the past week. Felt better, moved better, walked longer and fed the roses. Today a sprinkle is expected and I will get out and walk later. First, grocery shopping for a few necessities. I need batteries for my flashlight. I can't see the thermostat without a light. The usual items are on the list. My visiting was with Linda Lee with a half hour on the phone. I like her and her agenda for social justice in Brookings with the homeless.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
