Day 90

 


Rested yesterday and not well enough to brag today. Beside the UTI, I have a sore muscle from some awkward move in the night. I want to get out and feed the roses even though I’m not energetic. Must keep the routine for the roses. Watched Skinwalker Ranch before I came in the house. It is fascinating and I enjoyed the Rabbi episode. Looking for the portal from a spiritual standpoint. Don’t have anything else except food and rest. Maybe find someone to visit with.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
