Day 87

 

It’s Pentecost and I have my red shirt ready for the visit to St. Timothy’s.. Linda Segura  will pick me up at 9 AM. Linda Lee invitee us and I’m glad to be going to an in church service. Less wind today and I may get the roses fed later. It’s been too miserable to enjoy being outside. The UTI is controllable so I can enjoy my Sunday. Chuck has more planters going. The whole yard is a vegetable garden. We will have produce for the whole neighborhood.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
