Day 86

 



Have a UTI that developed in the night. I’ll take AZO until Monday and ask for a scrip. The AZO controls the symptoms well enough to live okay. I don’t want to go to the ER and sit with sick people. The walk yesterday was great. Post office and bank and not a single misstep. I’m learning how to use the walker  for best results. It’s not off pusher. It’s a walker and I need to pay attention to posture and foot placement for most comfort.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
