Day 83

 


The company was great but the restaurant experience less so. It was cool enough to need a sweater and felt dark, plus the prices were up considerably. Won’t be eating out much. Linda drove around the harbor and Pebble Beach then toured our garden. I enjoyed our visit and will go to Brookings on Sunday for the Pentecost service at St. Timothy’s. Today Michele is coming for a brief visit and I always enjoy her company. I will walk around the block and add a block..

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
