Day 80

 

Sinus won and I spent the day flat. My only accomplishment was binge watching Debris. Even then I missed some parts due to naps. It’s damp and cold. Yesterday was gale winds. No middle weather with sun and no strong breeze.  I will You Tube the church service again. No desire to sit outside.. No desire to do anything but keep warm and nap plus hot food. The roses were blowing in the wind and it’s not good. All the crops are dried out from the wind.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
