Day 78

 


Long talk with Rosalie yesterday. I told  her about Skinwalker Ranch and she went to it and binged. It is an intriguing and I’m glad she liked it. I walked around the block and the walker is helpful and gives me a sturdy feeling. Hollie went to Port Offord for her ticket hearing. I’m  proud of  her for following up on what was a dubious charge. The judge sided with the cop and called her guilty. Good for her to speak up. It’s damp out .

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
