Day 77

 


I enjoyed walking to the post office using Karen’s walker. It is a hot rod! It did fine on the bumpy places. Only problem was opening doors. No plans for today. I want to walk around the block in the fog. I want more experience with it before I invest in  a new one. Watering roses comes right after breakfast. I know how to start the day. Good protein and eggs and greens. Breakfast of champions. Hollie found lemon cucumber starts and they are repotted for success.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
