Day 74

 


It was a great dinner from Marlo’s except for a couple piece of raw chicken. It was fancy food with rich sauce. The garlic mashed potatoes were my favorite part. Megan and ben were good company and we heard Megan’s work plans. still blowing but I want to get out and work in the corner where I started clearing. It’s a pile of weeds and I need to pull up the rest and take it to compost.. I have a bag of dried rose petals for Karen.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
