Day 71

 


Megan was sick with chills and fever from  her covid vax so no happy hour. Just fine with me. I was enjoying a whole day without speaking out loud. I watched the rain shower and watched TV. Simple and non-productive.  Rosalie is coming this morning to see  the roses. I like to show them as they are stunning in color and number. Chuck and Hollie will be home from their mini-vacation plus good doctor appointment. No agenda. Maybe tackle the weed pile behind the garden box.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
