Day 70

 

Megan has a reaction from her second covid vax. Hope it’s a quick one. We had different experiences with the process.  The house is quiet with no one here but me and the dogs. JuJu had a time looking for Hollie for her morning cuddles. They are headed from Florence to Tigard to the hospital. Hoping for a stable diagnosis for Chuck’s mouth cancer. Megan and Ben are coming later for happy hour. I don’t need any checking up on me but I appreciate the gesture.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
