Day 69

 


Fog and damp but warm morning. Had a broken sleep that was helped by my CBD medicine. Now I’m up and ready for breakfast. Megan brought our tax papers when she came for family happy hour. Nice to get that taken care of. I don’t like to be late with anything. Chuck and Hollie are leaving for Portland later. Chuck has appointments at the VA  hospital. They will be gone three days. Michele may visit later. I hope she does. I’ll be alone for the first time.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
