Day 67

 


Another morning to enjoy sun before the dratted wind starts up. Out early to water the roses. Yesterday was a good physically active one with weeding and walking. The funny part was watching JuJu catch a snake. She’s been trying for months and finally caught one.. After she mauled it she threw up and I grabbed it with my garden tool and threw it over the fence. She is a hunter for sure. Hollie made cookies and shared with me. She’s taking good care of me.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
