Day 65

 


Felt well yesterday, walked and weeded as much I wanted to. It’s warm and damp this morning and the roses are holding up their leaves for every drop. I had tuna rollups with giant leaves from the greenhouse. It’s so good to walk out and find fresh food right here. Lots of blossoms popping and it’s welcome. I will get out for some activity later after laundry and kitchen cleaning. I like a tidy tiny house. Everybody in the family is doing well. Good May first.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
