Day 63

 


Now I’ve got underline. First red font. Egads. Maybe I got rid of it. I don’t know why I get these glitches. Best part of yesterday was the beautiful weather and spending the morning with Karen. We went to Point St. George and just reveled in the scenery. We get to live in this lovely place. She oohed and awed over the rosses and I will save the petals for her ointments. The news from Jeanine  is group can’t meet until June. We are ready now.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
