Day 59

 

I spent yesterday in bed! Haven’t done that for years. I was okay just wanted a day off and took it. It’s wet and cold for Sunday and I’m glad to be in and warm. Today I will zoom church and hope for news that we can congregate soon. The trend  is positive. I want to talk to Jeannine about tea and stories meeting in Trinity center. My friends are anxious to get back to writing together. I promise to be more alert and productive today.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
