Day 58


High point was the visit with Michele. She loved the rose growth and we walked around and saw them all. Chuck and Hollie prepared the garden box and it’s ready for seeds in this welcome rain. I may not make the bed as it feels good to stretch out and rest. Not well yesterday and tired today. I may have the barometer drop aches that come with age and wisdom. I have a book that is intriguing and interesting. Also have dog companions. Off for Saturday

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
