Day 57

 

Woke up with domestic energy so the laundry is underway and the kitchen is slicked up. The dogs go to the new groomer for manicures at 11 and Michele is coming for a visit at 1. I‘m glad for a visit. I will get another walk around the block. It’s a good stretch and only 2K steps. I did fall into a potato chip on the way home. It’s okay to binge now and then. The garden box is ready to plant for carrots and beets.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
