Day 55

 

Good sleep, beautiful morning before the wind starts to blow again. I will get out and walk for sure. Here’s my promise. I want to go to Blue star and pay my propane bill with the government debit card. Hollie is going to get sand on her walk so we can plant carrots and beets before the rain on the weekend. I have a clean house and a happy yard. What can I do that’s new and interesting? The Chauvin verdict made tears. Good guys won.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
