Day 53
Off to Brookings early for shopping and haircuts It’s damp
and cold so I won’t get out much. I was nota energetic yesterday until late
afternoon but didn’t walk. Just not strong enough. I want to stretch my stamina
and get back to walking solidly. My disciplined food plan gave me aa loss of three
pounds in one week. I can button my pants better so it’s worth the effort. Now I’ll be mindful not
to shove food in my mouth by habit. Go
