Day 52

 


Yesterday was not so hot. I had a panic when I thought I had dropped my phone while walking. Hollie came to my rescue by walking my route and not finding it. Then she called my phone and here it was on the sunporch in a chair. I have no memory of putting it there. It made me uncomfortable about my awareness and confidence. Today will be a repeat of watching church on YouTube and getting outside for walking and watering. Onward and upward, I hope.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
