Day 48

 


Megan quit her job yesterday. Something she has wanted to do for a long time. I’m proud of her and will help with finances until she finds another job. I piled up rocks again and have only a few more to clear the first space. The wind drove me back inside. The food routine worked well. I feel better when I take care of myself instead of caving to the comfort zone. Art and Ellen are visiting this afternoon. Art wants to see Chuck’s garden plans

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
