Day 45

 


The highlight yesterday was the family hamburger dinner with gourmet delights. Cheese and bacon and all the other goodies that made my stomach smile. Lots of conversation and closeness. JuJu did not make friends with Megan’s dogs. I don’t think that will  happen and I’m sorry. Meg is about to quit the job she has disliked since day one and  hopes to get a better one soon. I offered her some bridge money for her comfort. Besides that, I did walk and get rose food.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
