Day 44

 


Lots of conversation and it was wonderful but tiring for someone who is alone a lot. They stayed for hours and left with promises to see each other more often. Also promises to regroup our tea and stories get-togethers. I contacted Jeanine and she will help us make a plan to use the church hall. They loved the way the roses are thriving and suggested rose food. I’ll get some from Home depot today. Lots of progress on the garden project. Looks good . Need warmer nights.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
