Day 43

 


Today marks one year since I moved into the little house. It is home. I haven’t missed the house much. I come in every morning to do this post and sometimes come in to visit or sit on the front porch. Once a week Megan comes after work and we have family hour. It’s nice to have Chuck and Hollie here. Lots of changes in the yard with Chuck’s vision. Sally is dropping by around 10, Rosalie is coming at 11 and Micele is coming at 11:30.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
