Day 40

 

Up to Brookings, shopped two stores and home by 9:30! We know how to get in and get out. Lots of plants in the ground in the greenhouse. Feels good to have the garden begin. I watched more of the trial and feel disregard for defense attorneys in general and this on in particular. Smirky guy. The evidence is horrible and changed the summer for sure. Today I will take my weak body outside again  Not much else to say about life in the covid world.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
