Day 39

 


I spent most of yesterday grumpy and feeling trapped. Not pleasant and nothing I could fix. I am trapped. My health and living arrangement make it necessary to be confined in the best possible way. Hollie brought me bacon from the casino and that helped my attitude. I’m glad they have outlets. For sure today the dirt will fly. The weather is mild and I need the activity. We have plans for the greenhouse and the raised bed. I’ll get my gloves and tools and get ready.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
