Day 37

 


My little walk over to pay the tax bill reminded me that I have little stamina from so much indoor life and sitting too much. I’ll push today and get busy on what I know how to do. Had conversations with Rosalie and Michele. They both want to come for a visit tomorrow and  I’m so looking forward to a social time. And they get to talk to each other too. My saving graces have four paws. JuJu and Jake are angels with their constant.affection.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
