Day 8


Back from grocery shopping. Fresh goods put away and ready for an indoor day. The wind is cold and howling. I’ll cruise through Netflix looking for another engaging series like Heartland was. I enjoyed the family and the scenery as it was simple and non-political. I’m not regretting dumping the class. I am regretting that I won’t get tp present my processes but I just can’t get my head around zooming as the teacher. That may have been my last opportunity. Maybe I have done en

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
