Day 31

 


No walk. Some weeding. Had to admit that I didn’t feel energetic but improved. Hollie went to Mexican food for dinner. Once in a while it’s fun to eat someone else’s cooking. Today is starting well and I’m hoping for a good day. First, farm stand for fresh produce and for vegetable starts. The greenhouse is expanded and will be ready for growing. I like the changes that Chuck made. I want to do more today. The weather calls and I’d like to answer with vigor.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
