Day 30

 


Still feeling low. Sinus headache and dripping nose and goopy eyes. Today I hope to get outside if the wind isn’t so strong and  cold. Hollie made snacks from her new air fryer for family hour and it was a hit. The potatoes and zucchini were delicious. I didn’t like the cheeses sticks. She is going to have fun with trying new things. The plan today is to get the greenhouse ready for planting. Maybe get a brief walk if it’s comfortable. May zoom with Kelle.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
