Day 28

 


Big plan for the day: Jake gets his nails cut at noon. Wow. I sure miss having plans. I don’t want to go back to the visitors’ center but I miss having a duty and people. If the museum opens, I will go back. The covid numbers are up and the county may be back in purple. The doctor said at the BOS yesterday that the tourists are here and he is worried. I can’t  understand a road trip during a pandemic. We are safe here.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
