Day 27

 

Clear and cold but I will go for a walk later when it gets to 50. I want to pull weeds and make plans for my yard. I want color and I can plant marigolds or pansies. Spring is here and my hands want to dig in the dirt. I want more. Its’ a good sign when I realize that the comfort zone has taken my time. The end of the day when I list my gratitude I want more than I sat alone all day.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
