Day 25

 

It was a good day. After the rain, the sun beamed and I beamed back. Pulled a few weeds and enjoyed the warmth. I walked around the block and want to do that again. I need to restore my self-confidence. Hollie and I sat on the porch and drank a beer. Church this morning and I hope to control the mute. Hollie will help me tomorrow when she zooms with Laurie. No agenda except deep vacuuming. I need to do it regularly to avoid dog fleas.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
