Day 24

 


Never even peeked out the door yesterday. Rain all day and still raining now. I had lots of text connections and felt okay about the isolation. Today is the first day of spring and it’s also immunity day. We are protected from the covid but will still follow the protocols. Masks may be part of the wardrobe for many months to come. Today I’m hoping Kelle will give me another zoom lesson. I ant to feel confident when I go to church. I want a good day.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
