Day 16

 

A cold sunny Thursday. Yesterday Chuck asked me to come outside and see a double rainbow. It was beautiful but didn’t come out in a photograph. Hope to get out in the yard and address some weeds. My part of the yard needs attention. It’s Hollie’s 64th birthday. Megan will come after work and we will zoom with her and Laurie. They are  having a great time In Newport. Chuck moved the raspberry canes to the fence lline. They will thrive there. Lilac is not ready.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
