Day 13

 

Cold and wet. My blog book arrived yesterday and I reread the early posts. I was naïve about the state of the world. I thought a couple of weeks of “virus scare” and we would move along. I watched news and waited for it to be over. And 2020 will need a whole chapter in future history books with the politics and protests. So here we are a quarter of a year into 2021 and nothing much has changed.   Being immunized will soon make a difference.

Dy 247

  I did walk and it was a wearifying experience. I was wobbly and kept trying to just walk like I   have my whole life. I don’t know why I falter from the   simple chore of   putting one foot in front   of the other. I will walk again today when the rain stops. The good news is that I had a new idea for the writing prompt. It came from memories of seeing older people congregating in morning coffee huddles. I’ll go from there and travel to small towns and sit with elders to hear stories.

day 356

  Day 356 Lots of progress yesterday. Had my glasses fixed so they don’t slip. Bought a bra without hooks. Came   home with a diet and exercise plan ato avoid diabetes. Mu sugar was 114 and 117 is the bad number. Last time the number was 102. Had a walked around the block and so hope I fixed an issue on                                                    the other computer/
